Example programs include revamping B2B GTM strategies through greater industry specificity and context, prioritizing alliances to cultivate new revenue streams, and aligning business models to the core organizational capabilities to create competitive advantage. Across technology, I’ve implemented solutions and analytics to drive efficiency gains within engineering and supply chain operations. Today as part of Deloitte’s cloud practice and a leader of our GTM with Google, I focus on technology strategy and business-led digital transformation with a deep understanding of the capabilities needed to best impact a customer’s cloud journey.
