🔹 Artificial intelligence: Experience with Generative AI, building production-ready AI agents and workflows using Claude Code, Codex, Antigravity, Python, LangChain, Flowise, Langflow, CrewAI, n8n, RAG pipelines, vector databases, fine-tuning and advanced prompt engineering. Curious about applying technology and AI to solve business problems, so far I had the opportunity to lead hundreds of people and implementing dozens of projects. I've had extensive experience with C-level strategy development, product management, artificial intelligence (AI), solutions architecture, growth, marketing, design thinking, coaching and team building, leading cross-functional teams and facilitating groups to develop products and enhance digital customer acquisition. At a very young age, I had privileged learning moments in my career like representing 1000+ students at FEJERS, receiving a scholarship for Tom Bilyeu's Mindset Track at Impact Theory. I was selected for Conferencia Ene with other 100 young people among +16000 and was a Brazil Conference finalist with other 15 students among +20000. My graduation thesis was about creating an endowment fund for EA UFRGS Alumni organization, which ended up becoming "Fundo Amanhã" (~4.5mi BRL as of July 2025). In early 2022, I was one of the first Brazilians accepted at Reforge. I was able to publish on Forbes about AI and economy, and this same article got reposted by Microsoft. I also published on other major national media vehicles like Zero Hora, Jornal do Comércio and O Sul. I have always sought to learn in a self-taught way. My focus is on delivering results with analytical and creative thinking. My multi sport history playing competitive volleyball, soccer and e-sports (hopefully tennis in the near future) helped me shape my mindset of always wanting to improve. In my free time, I enjoy reading, playing any sport, dancing, trekking and cooking.
