Having gone through the full company lifecycle, from building and scaling to closing in an orderly way, gave me a very practical perspective on how to turn strategy into execution, prioritize under pressure, and sustain a project over time. Since 2025, I have been working in fundraising, go-to-market, and company building, supporting startups, founders, and organizations through critical moments of validation, growth, or restructuring, mainly across biotech, foodtech, agtech, and climatech. My focus is on helping bring order to narrative, priorities, commercial execution, financial planning, and operating discipline, turning high-potential projects into clearer, more executable, and more investable processes. I work in a direct and hands-on way, helping teams prioritize, structure fundraising and go-to-market processes, and translate strategic definitions into execution that is clearer, more focused, and more consistent. I also use AI tools for research, synthesis, drafting, pipeline prioritization, and lightweight automations in CRM and dashboards. Today, I advise founders and teams, and I am also open to roles in startups, scaleups, company builders, funds, or institutions where I can contribute across fundraising, GTM, finance, operations, and business building, especially in contexts where there is a need to shape new categories, bring order to critical processes, and turn strategy into execution.
