At Factorial, I own the firmographic foundation: the TAM structure for our core markets, the CRM enrichment infrastructure that keeps company and contact records accurate and deduplicated, and the governance that keeps that data from degrading as more teams touch it. This also includes things like our lead scoring model, where my job is to keep improving the underlying data quality it depends on, not to decide how leads get routed. Day to day: designing the systems, monitoring how they're used, and fixing what breaks.
