AI & Automation Engineer with hands-on experience building enterprise-grade systems across three countries. My core skill is analyzing manual business workflows, redesigning them, and turning them into optimized, automated systems using AI and RPA. Most recently, I led the end-to-end development of AvansGPT, an offline, privacy-first LLM knowledge system at Avans University of Applied Sciences (Netherlands), built on open-source models with a full RAG pipeline, automated data ingestion (ETL/OCR), and role-based access control. Before that, I built internal automation solutions at BTG Pactual (Brazil's largest investment bank), working with Python, SQL, React, and AWS. I'm currently pursuing a degree in Electrical Engineering at UFMG (Brazil's top engineering school) while actively seeking strategic roles in AI Strategy, Process Automation, or Business Intelligence at global companies where I can combine technical depth with a business-driven mindset.
