She works with customers at different maturity levels of their Agentic AI platform journey, from newly built agents, to hybrid architectures with existing platforms (EKS), to agents at scale. For customers who want to scale with grounded and strategic plans, she helps decision-makers assess and quantify risks in non-deterministic systems through evaluation, observability, and responsible AI She collaborates with data scientists, platform (SRE) teams, and security leaders, bringing field experience to navigate teams through the mindset and culture shifts that AI adoption Within AWS, she teaches at Machine Learning University (MLU) and onboards colleagues on topics such as Computer Vision, Natural Language Processing, and MLOps. She also leads a technically focused community that fosters talent growth through collaborative project Before her 5+ year journey with AWS, Mia earned Microsoft Most Valuable Professional (MVP) recognition for four consecutive years in Data Platform and AI.
