I sit at the intersection of RevOps and engineering, translating go-to-market strategy into practical systems: data models, integrations, routing, scoring, and playbooks that make every rep more effective. My focus is on measurable outcomes: cleaner data, fewer manual processes, better visibility, and faster execution so teams can spend more time selling and less time managing tools. In early-stage companies, I often build the GTM engine from the ground up—from first-touch intent signals through customer expansion. I work closely with founders, sales, and marketing to rapidly prototype systems that identify ICP accounts, prioritize opportunities, and trigger the right actions automatically. The goal is simple: shorten feedback loops, learn faster, and turn successful experiments into scalable automation. For scaling organizations, I help modernize GTM infrastructure by integrating CRMs and marketing platforms, enforcing data quality, and standardizing workflows across teams.
