I have over a decade of retail management experience but over the last two years, I have been responsible for managing and executing Go To Market launch plans for new products, product enhancements, and strategic initiatives. In my current role, I collaborate closely with key stakeholder groups across the organisation, including Product Management, Marketing, PMO, Sales, Service, Consumer, LGRA and Tech & Operations, to ensure multichannel readiness and alignment. I also provide comprehensive GTM tracking, reporting, risk & contingency planning, and problem-solving services for my projects. I am dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service and achieving successful project outcomes.
