I build the revenue infrastructure that PE-backed companies run on.For the past 5+ years at The Riverside Company, I've served as the GTM and Revenue Operations center of excellence across a $1.5B revenue portfolio of 30+ private equity-backed companies, owning everything from CRM architecture and KPI framework design to pipeline analytics, post-acquisition integration, and executive reporting.A few things I've built that I'm proud of:A portfolio-wide KPI engine using Alteryx Designer and Alteryx Server that pulls 8,000+ unique data points daily across 30+ companies, all automated, no manual input.An Insights dashboard suite in Tableau Cloud serving 250+ users with a single view of $500M+ in active pipeline and 20,000+ live opportunities across 30+ portfolio companies, updated daily, with a proprietary pipeline health risk scoring formula built in.$780K+ in annual labor savings by eliminating 200+ hours per week of manual reporting across the portfolio as well as Interim Revenue Operations Director support during portfolio company transition periods.I present revenue performance and KPI insights to a variety of stakeholders including investment partners, portfolio company C-suite leadership, Operating Partners, and Finance Directors. I manage $250K+ in annual software contracts for Alteryx and Tableau, contribute to portfolio-level budgeting, and lead a team of analysts.Before Riverside, I delivered measurable outcomes at Cardinal Health (Fortune 15), Worthington Industries, and spent 10 years at one of the largest public education agencies in the US managing a $50M+ federal budget and building district-wide data platforms.
