Most of my career has been spent inside high‑growth technology environments, where I’ve delivered sales, pre‑sales, technical and senior hiring while building a clear understanding of the talent markets that sit around them. I like to work closely with senior leaders and hiring managers, getting under the skin of what the business actually needs and shaping recruitment approaches that support capability, delivery and growth. I’m as comfortable building strategy and improving process as I am running end‑to‑end hiring myself - the combination is what helps things move quickly and keeps expectations aligned. My focus is always on operating with clarity, pace and common sense. Whether I’m refining how a process works, raising hiring standards or helping teams make better decisions, the aim is simple: make Talent Acquisition a proactive, trusted partner to the business rather than a transactional function. Outside of work? Usually playing padel or petting other people's dogs.
