I’m an Enterprise Deal Executive that helps customers enable change, drive transformation, build their businesses, and grow digital talent and culture. Strategy is only as good as the execution of the job itself; I attempt to set out achievable strategic visions whilst making sure we deliver tangible operational efficiencies, cost savings and benefits for clients. With deep knowledge in Cloud, SaaS and PaaS technologies for Financial Services, I have contributed to $multi-million strategic partnerships and systems integrations and have supported some of the world’s largest banks, asset managers, FinTechs and insurance firms to transition to new cutting-edge Technology Platforms. My current role asks for an innovative nature, forward looking view, exceptional strategic thinking in order to make a success of the problem at hand, to forge a path forward for the business and to mobilise the department to work at their highest I strongly believe in DEI, a focus on what matters and the empowerment of others. I spent half of my career in leadership positions, including senior global roles, focused on building out some of the most innovative and successful Enterprise sales teams. We need more platforms for self-reflection, accountability, new learning, and change. I am competitive and driven (even when I try not to be) but never at the expense of others. My ever-present inner critic acts as coach and innovator. My dream is still to ski down Austria’s steepest slope, do more reef conservation through recreational deep-sea diving, and to challenge myself every day to be more social-impact driven. My philosophy and style of leadership is marked by years of team sports which translates into a daily curiosity to find new ways of motivating others.
