From financial planning, staffing, technology, and day-to-day operations to menu development, guest experience, marketing, and community events, I am involved in every part of moving the business My goal is to preserve what makes The Dining Car special while building a sustainable, welcoming restaurant that serves both local residents and visitors to the Foothills.
