I build the systems that make GTM motions actually stick: account intelligence, outreach that responds to real signals, interactive tools and demos instead of static decks, and the launch work that takes new products to market. Currently as the GTM Engineer at Intradiem, I'm working across marketing, sales, and product to bring Dynamic Workforce Orchestration to market across contact centers and back offices. Right now that means building the engine behind our push into the back office. The reason any of it works is that I spent seventeen years on the receiving end of it. Every role I've had in my career was sales in some capacity until now, from AE to account manager to sales leadership to launching a new market for a national brand with full P&L. Most tools in this space are built by people who've never had to use one with a number on the line. Using them that long before building them is a muscle most people in this space never get to develop, and that's often the difference between cool demos and real results. The judgment that separates a team's best from everyone else lives in people's heads, and it walks out the door when they leave. Most of what I build is an attempt to capture that judgment and turn it into repeatable systems.
