I lead Strategy & Digital Sovereignty GTM for Red Hat across Asia Pacific — helping governments and regulated industries adopt open hybrid cloud and AI on sovereign terms, and turning that pressure into growth Over 20 consecutive years in APAC, I've built and executed technology strategy from both sides of the table: as Chief of Staff & Head of GTM Business Strategy for Red Hat APJ, I was part of the leadership team that took the region significant annual revenue with consistent double-digit growth. Before that, as a Managing Director at Accenture, I built the Technology Strategy & Advisory practice for Products in Southeast Asia and co-created one of the firm's largest client engagements in the region. Earlier: Director at PwC leading CIO Advisory and Industry 0 across SEA, and consulting at My current focus is where strategy meets AI governance and digital sovereignty. I built Red Hat's APAC Digital Sovereignty practice, authored its flagship regional thought leadership. I write on this at com and on Credentials: Global Chief Strategy Officer Programme, NUS Business School (completing Jan 2027) · AI Governance Programme, SMU · Certificate in Global Management, INSEAD · TOGAF Beyond the day job: Advisory Board Member at James Cook University Singapore, where I chair the Science & Technology sub-committee; published author (Digital Transformation in a Post-Covid World, CRC Press); regular speaker and podcast guest on strategy, AI governance and Always open to conversations on technology strategy, AI governance and digital sovereignty across APAC.
