I started my career as an SDR and later moved into managing SDR and BDR teams. From both positions, I kept seeing the same problem: talented salespeople were expected to generate predictable pipeline while working inside GTM systems that were anything but predictable.The data was incomplete. The tools didn’t talk to each other. Targeting was often too broad, and reps spent far too much time researching accounts, cleaning records, and updating the CRM.When results slowed down, the answer was usually more activity.That frustration is what led me to start RevStack Lab.Today, I help B2B companies build and manage outbound client acquisition systems. We bring targeting, account research, data enrichment, buying signals, messaging, email, LinkedIn, automation, and CRM workflows together into one coordinated motion.Over the past four years, I’ve helped drive more than $10M in actual revenue across sales, sales leadership, and GTM engineering.I say “actual revenue” intentionally. Meetings booked and pipeline created can look impressive, but neither matters much if they don’t eventually turn into customers.My approach starts with understanding a company’s best customers, why they bought, and what made them valuable. From there, we find more companies that look like them, identify the right people and timing, and build outreach around a relevant reason to start a conversation.I believe a good GTM system should help salespeople spend more time selling. It shouldn’t turn them into administrators for an increasingly complicated collection of tools.If your team is working hard but pipeline still feels inconsistent, the problem may be the system they’re working inside.
