There wasn't much process when I got here and no playbook, so I helped make it up as I went and fixed what didn't work. Then we started hiring, and the question changed from "does this work for me" to "does this work for someone who started last week." That's how I ended up helping with enablement: onboarding and ramp for new AEs, call certifications, playbooks, and process the team still runs. All while carrying a Bringing a large deal across the finish line is a great feeling, but the most impactful moments I've had at Dock have been figuring out something that works, sharing it with the team, and watching them run with it and That's what I am excited about as we scale. Ramp, certification, coaching, and using AI to extend training coverage. Still learning plenty of it.
