I build revenue organizations that are faster, smarter, and more resilient—all while hitting growth rates most companies only aspire to. For over 10 years, I’ve worked at the intersection of engineering and GTM strategy.

More

Starting as an engineer, I bring an optimization mindset: identifying small improvements that compound into meaningful gains—more pipeline, better conversion, and minimal wasted time. The “How” (Building Next-Gen GTM): RevOps is constantly evolving, and I stay ahead by building what legacy stacks can’t. At CloudTrucks, our CEO asked: “How can we build a new GTM motion without Salesforce, ZoomInfo, or other traditional sales tools?” I developed a custom AI sales agent using Claude and Google Apps Script, automating lead identification, research, and personalized outreach from the ground up. I went from concept to sending 1,000 tailored emails in two weeks, with infrastructure designed to scale to 10,000+ leads per month. The “Moat” (Usage-Based Expertise): My background is rooted in consumption-based models (Affirm, Shippo, CloudTrucks). I understand the complexity of businesses where revenue scales with user behavior rather than fixed contracts. If you’re building a marketplace, fintech product, or AI-native business with usage-based pricing, I’ve lived in that world and know what it takes to build a robust GTM team and the right sales motions. The Full Stack: Before CloudTrucks, I spent years at Google/Nest, Affirm, and Shippo owning a portfolio most companies split across multiple teams: GTM strategy, systems architecture, variable compensation, territory design, lead routing and scoring, pipeline management, forecasting, reporting infrastructure, sales enablement, pricing strategy, marketing operations, new product launches, headcount planning, and vendor management. That breadth isn't incidental — it's what lets me connect the dots across sales, finance, marketing, product, legal, and HR, keeping teams aligned on the same goals and making changes that actually stick.
