I've spent a decade taking new technology categories from interesting to commercially real. At Meta: Leading Commercial Strategy & GTM across enterprise and consumer verticals. Built the Travel & Aviation vertical from 0→1 (multimillion-dollar pipeline); shipped enterprise-grade Managed Horizon Service features with Lufthansa as launch reference; closed multi-year licensing with partner C-suites; complex deal architecture, partner strategy & vertical expansion taking frontier solutions from pilots to scalable deployments. Earlier built Central Europe's developer ecosystem on Quest SDK from zero, supporting hundreds of developers and launching enterprise integrations with PUMA, CUPRA & Lufthansa. Before Meta: Owned the Deutsche Telekom & SAP global alliance (multimillion-dollar revenue portfolio); helped drive Deutschland Cloud adoption, a German-region cloud product co-built with SAP for EU data residency in 2018. The procurement mechanics that drove sovereign cloud then drive sovereign AI in DACH now. The pattern I've built: German enterprises as first-of-kind launch references for emerging tech — Lufthansa (XR Inflight), CUPRA (virtual show garage), Engelbert Strauss (craftsmanship workflows), PUMA (first lifestyle brand on Meta Horizon). Germany is the launch lab; EMEA mirrors.
