Over the past 4 years, I have contributed to scaling the company through a 3x revenue growth journey and breakeven achievement, driving sales performance, operational scalability, tooling, processes and cross-functional execution across markets. Previously, I was General Manager & CFO of Way To Take, scaling a multi-brand foodtech venture to €2M+ in sales volume in 18 months, after starting my career in cross-border investment banking / M&A across Europe and Asia. Beyond my operating roles, I invest personally in early-stage ventures and support founders as an operator-investor and board member, bringing hands-on experience in GTM, fundraising, internationalisation and scaling challenges. Rigorous, entrepreneurial and impact-driven, I combine financial discipline with a hands-on operator mindset to help organizations scale faster and cleaner.
