In my current role, I own and maintain Telstra’s Go To Market (GTM) Database and Application, supporting Consumer and Telstra Business by enabling accurate, transparent, and compliant delivery of GTM activities. My responsibilities span end‑to‑end database stewardship, application development, workflow automation, and close collaboration with operational, risk, legal, and architecture A key part of my work involves reducing manual effort and improving consistency through automation, including the use of Guided Workflow and ongoing work to integrate AI‑driven capabilities into the GTM application. This includes exploring how AI can enhance data quality, decision support, and user experience within GTM processes, while remaining aligned with governance and compliance I enjoy working at the intersection of data, systems, and business outcomes, translating complex requirements into practical, scalable technical solutions that hold up in real operational environments. I’m known for a considered, collaborative approach and for building solutions that teams can trust and rely Alongside my professional role, I am currently pursuing a Master of Data Science at the Queensland University of Technology (QUT), further strengthening my skills in analytics, data modelling, and data‑driven problem solving.
