After initial job experiences in marketing and sales departments, working in analytical roles such as marketing analyst and demand planner, I decided to deepen my knowledge in the area of project/technological management and IT practices. I started to work in consultancy, first in IBM through the graduate program, then in Accenture, where I worked as senior analyst for reporting, dash boarding and corporate performance management projects. The latter experiences gave me great understanding over projects life cycle, their governance, their administrative side and the main characteristics of IT departments activities. Currently I am working in Ariston Thermo group as Business Intelligence Senior Specialist in the IT & Strategy Department for the Sales/AFC functional area. I am responsible for the quality of projects in my application area, being in charge of approving project deliverables. I contribute to its guidance, taking part in software and vendor selections activities. I support and control all the different phases, managing as well the administrative side as PMO. I am responsible for the quality of the application maintenance activities in my application area, being the focus point for internal users and external suppliers. I am responsible for the activities and the training of the analyst of my team in which I am the tutor/team lead. I am responsible for the development of ad hoc tools for data mining projects working in strict contact with key business stakeholder.
