Over the last years, I’ve helped build and launch everything from the first EMI in my country to secure cross-border payment platforms used across the US, Europe, and Latin America. I’ve worked with banks, fintech startups, processors, and payment networks like Mastercard and Visa, always bridging the gap between product, partnerships, and execution. What drives me is building things that actually work: for the business, for clients, and for the market. Whether I’m defining product roadmaps, scaling operations, or leading GTM, I stay close to the ground and hands-on with execution. I’ve led teams across product, implementation, and client success , reducing timelines from 12 months to 1 month and maintaining client retention above 95%.
