I have led teams from business development through customer success and renewals, consistently delivering above quota against multi-million-pound targets, and conduct business in English, French, and I lead through servant leadership and extreme ownership: building trust, coaching people into their best work, and creating the structure and accountability that turn ambitious targets into repeatable results. I have been mentored by elite leaders from Oracle, SAP, Microsoft, and BMC, and trained by The Bridge Group and Force Today, at Incode, I am focused on what I believe is the next chapter for sales development: a human + AI hybrid model. I designed and built a multi-agent system that works alongside our BDRs, taking on account research, ICP extraction, data enrichment, messaging, and analytics, with human approval at every outbound step, and I led its global rollout and adoption across the team. The goal is simple: free our people to do the high-judgment, high-trust work humans do best, while AI removes the repetitive work that slows them down.
