Since 2015, I have designed and delivered 18 hands-on technical training courses spanning from 4 hour sessions to one-week long sessions, instructing 500+ engineers on customer experience solutions such as Amazon Connect. I have also created comprehensive technical onboarding programs for Twilio Flex, Amazon Connect, and Artificial Intelligence consulting practices; these included lab manuals defining custom curriculum paths for various developer roles, self-assessment rubrics, and POC builds, resulting in reduced onboarding time and increased profitability. I have additional experience in Amazon Connect implementation, CX change management, and creating contact center strategy offerings at the partner level. My current focus is creating global, strategic go-to-market CX transformation programs for Amazon Connect, a cloud contact center that enables companies of all sizes to deliver superior customer experiences at lower cost.
