Co-Founder @ Ops5ive | Finding Where Mortgage Lenders Lose Paid Leads Between Calls, CRM & LOS | Revenue Operations
About
I didn't get interested in mortgage operations because I thought lenders needed another dashboard. It was actually the opposite. The more I looked at how leads move through a mortgage business, the more I noticed how easy it is for everything to look fine on paper while something completely different is happening underneath. A lead can have an owner and still have no next action. A CRM can say “contacted” when all that really happened was a dial. A loan can fund in the LOS and still never get properly connected back to the source that originally brought that borrower in. Those sound like small system issues until you realize people are making decisions about lead spend, LO performance and growth based on those records. That's the problem we're working on at Ops5ive. We trace what actually happened from the moment a lead came in, through the calls, CRM, application and LOS, all the way to the outcome. I'm not interested in telling a mortgage company to throw away its entire stack and start again. I'd rather figure out where reality stopped matching the system, prove it, and fix that part. That's also why we built the Leak Snapshot. Before talking about a massive implementation, we first show the few places we'd actually investigate. If you're spending serious money bringing mortgage leads in, you should be able to answer a pretty basic question: What actually happened to every lead we paid for? If answering that requires opening five systems and asking three people, that's exactly the kind of problem I like working on. Building Ops5ive.
