I help recruitment teams build workflows that take the manual work out of two things: finding and qualifying candidates, and generating new client opportunities.On the candidate side, I build systems that handle sourcing, qualification, follow-up, reply handling, and interview booking, so your team spends less time on repetitive tasks and more time on the conversations that actually move things forward.On the client acquisition side, I build signal-based outbound systems that help teams identify companies actively hiring, find the right decision-makers, and reach out with messaging that feels relevant rather than generic.Most of what I build sits at the intersection of strategy, automation, and execution. That usually means combining tools like Clay, n8n, Claude Code, enrichment workflows, and AI research into something practical your team can actually run and own.The goal is never to add complexity.
