At 15 I was knocking on doors after school in Canadian winters, shoveling snow for twenty bucks. At 18 I was running a lawn care franchise with a sales team, 200 clients, and a number one regional ranking. At 20 I was teaching university students how to run their own.Now I run Auvren.Every veterinary practice has hundreds of patients who meant to come back. Life got busy, the third reminder went unanswered, and the file went quiet. Nobody on staff chases it, because the front desk is built to answer, not to pursue.Auvren is the desk that pursues. We work the overdue patient list under the clinic's own name, catch the calls the team can't, and put the visits back on the schedule.
