I am responsible for offering management across the global security and resiliency offering portfolio supporting 60+ countries, covering areas such as software defined cyber resilience, managed backup and recovery, hybrid cloud services, and IT & data center sustainability. Deep expertise in Data Center professional services having designed, build and managed ops services for 200+ Clients for large and medium sized data center. I have a proven track record of leading multiple technology offerings and professional services, developing innovative and differentiated solutions, and managing business and offering portfolio transformation for software defined Data Center, Disaster Recovery, Cyber Resilience and ICT transformation. I'm passionate about sustainable data center and software defined Data center services. I have successfully delivered portfolio transformation for annual revenue targets, cultivated strong team dynamics, and established strategic partnerships with vendors and Kyndryl Customers. I have also demonstrated expertise in people management, driving operational efficiencies, business planning, enabling sales and delivery country teams, and presenting to senior leadership and stakeholders. I hold a Sustainability Advisor (Uptime Institute), AWS & Azure certification, and have extensive knowledge of IoT and artificial intelligence for data center and smart campus. My mission is to leverage my functional and leadership skills with product management expertise to create value for Kyndryl and its clients in the data center, sustainability, edge, and cyber resilience industry.
