My work sits at the intersection of strategy and execution: translating complex, $3M+ programs into systems, processes, and GTM motions that scale through the teams I build and lead. What that means for the teams and companies I join: someone who can sit at the strategy table and still get into the operational detail that makes strategy real. Most recently at Rover, I led a team of 3 senior Program Managers across operations, strategy, and GTM, driving process optimization initiatives at scale. My experience spans three continents, India, Germany, and Spain, giving me a genuinely global perspective on building operations that work across markets, not just within one.
