My first job was at Cita, where I landed us coverage in The New York Times, Bloomberg, and The New Yorker with no marketing budget, entirely through cold email.In 2024 I founded, together with my partner Nick, a B2B SaaS tool and scaled it to 86 customers including companies like HeyReach, Expandi, and Salesforge — before reading the market winds turning against it and deciding to move on. Building it taught me the foundations of B2B go-to-market: how to sell and market on LinkedIn and email, how to talk to investors, and how to find product-market fit.Soon after, I started ColdMessage, a B2B outbound agency, solving clients GTM and sales. This taught me how to combine sales and tech at scale. I learned why an offer that dies with one setup lands perfectly with another, when to reach for cold calling or paid ads instead of cold email, and how to sell up-market with multiple touchpoints and signals. Underneath all of it is one question: can this offer sell to a cold audience, and if not, how do we tweak it until it can? To deliver, I built an agentic AI system that runs, manages, and orchestrates clients' GTM.Areas of interest: business modeling, direct-response marketing, funnel conversion-rate optimization, building frameworks for humans and AI, building tracking and orchestration systems, building sales teams, mapping funnels, reverse-engineering growth trajectories and designing multi-channel funnels with an engineering-first approach.
