About

GTM Engineer with both sides of the table. 4+ years running B2B outbound as an operator before I started writing code for it. I run a B2B lead-gen agency out of Tampa and built the entire production cold-email infrastructure in-house. Last 6 months ballpark: ~150K cold emails sent, ~2,500 replies, around 300 booked meetings across the client book. End-to-end Python. Discovery, then a 13-step enrichment cascade, then LLM copy generation with an 18-point quality gate, then DRAFTED Smartlead campaigns waiting for me to review and ship. A few architecture pieces I'm proud of: A tiered LLM router. The cheap model handles roughly 92% of the work, the expensive one only runs on high-stakes generation. Programmatic quality gates with explicit rubrics, not vibes. Every piece of cold copy hits an 18-point check before it can ship. A code-enforced rule that blocks any mailbox under 14 days warmed from attaching to a production campaign. That one caught two real incidents. Parallel sub-agent dispatch for research that needs to fan out across a lot of companies at once. Full mobile control via a chat-bot interface so I can run things from my phone. Recently open-sourced: b2b-outbound-stack: github.com/RoberickSanders/b2b-outbound-stack Most of these decisions come from years of watching outbound break in real client work. Bad copy. Inboxes that flatlined. Lead lists I'd paid good money for that turned out half-empty. I built this because I needed it. Always happy to talk with teams building serious GTM infrastructure or agentic systems. Focus areas: LLM application development, cold-email infrastructure, GTM systems engineering, multi-tenant architecture, AI agent orchestration, cost-aware LLM routing. Background: USAF veteran (2012-2019). 4 years active duty, 3 in the National Guard, 2 deployments. Prior TS clearance.
