TL;DR. I build AI systems that drive revenue. Sales automation, marketing workflows, agent architecture, and evaluation frameworks that turn GTM from strategy decks into working infrastructure. Building is no longer the bottleneck. Distribution is. That's the gap I work in. Every company wants to "use AI." Very few know how to wire it into their go-to-market and make it produce revenue. The hard part is operational. Which processes become agents? How do those agents interact? How do you know they're working? And who's accountable when they're not? My approach is evaluation-first. Define what "good" looks like before you build, instrument everything, and let measurement drive iteration. I lead GTM engineering at Magnetiz.ai. AI-powered sales, marketing, and RevOps for B2B, from pipeline automation to production deployment. I architected Maestro, a full agentic revenue system. Eval-gated agents implemented directly into a team's revenue processes and workflows. The public demo at revwisely.com/maestro shows one of its plays, turning buying signals like funding, hiring, and website intent into pipeline. Everything around Maestro points at the same goal. Productized agentic GTM. Agent pods that run entire delivery cycles, where a weekly sync transcript goes in, executed and tested work comes out, and the next meeting's deck drafts itself. Human gates wherever the work carries risk. Build the system once, run it for every client. Most AI initiatives fail because nobody designed the system around the technology. The prioritization, the evaluation framework, the adoption path, the feedback loops. I make sure those pieces connect. I write about what the work teaches me every week at derr.ai.
