I enjoy building the systems behind the systems. The workflows, outreach processes, and conversations that help turn a good product into a growing business.At Katalyst, I am currently involved in building Procxo, an AI-powered platform for IT services and professional services firms. As organizations grow, the processes connecting project delivery, timesheets, approvals, and billing often become difficult to manage. Procxo is focused on bringing these functions together so teams can scale without creating additional operational complexity.Beyond Procxo, I also contribute to ProcBay, a procurement and sourcing platform, and ExpertsHub AI, a marketplace connecting businesses with vetted AI and machine learning talent, both part of the Katalyst portfolio.My work sits at the intersection of go-to-market strategy, outbound experimentation, lead generation, and workflow automation. I spend much of my time building prospecting systems, refining ideal customer profiles, testing messaging and outreach strategies, and speaking with founders and operators to understand what drives growth and customer acquisition.
