In 2021 I pivoted from a sales & marketing career to join Amazon’s People, Experience & Technology (PXT) organization. I made the move because I love to teach, coach, and evangelize Amazon’s Day 1 culture.

I don’t feel like it’s been that big of a leap - my approach is to apply my strategy and lifecycle engagement skills to the customers I serve now, my fellow Amazonians. I also volunteer my time as an Amazon interview Bar Raiser and I teach business writing to Amazonians across the company.
