My work sits across product, marketing and operations – from structuring new online offerings and funnels to tightening processes so student, donor and partner journeys run smoothly end to end. Previously, I was an Associate Strategy Manager in the CBO’s Office at Unacademy, leading strategic projects for market expansion. I worked on Airlearn, Unacademy’s language learning platform, where I scaled content launches across 10+ categories using a Build–Operate–Transfer model and enabled 100+ daily lessons in collaboration with Product, Engineering, SMEs and Operations. I also contributed to UnacademyX, managing content operations and process improvements for interactive competitive exam prep. I have also worked as a Process Improvement Associate at Daffodil Software, prototyping automated business processes, and as a Business Analyst Intern at Lufthansa Cargo, building queries and dashboards for business case evaluations. I hold an Integrated BE–MBA in Computer Science and Marketing from Thapar Institute of Engineering & Technology.
