I’m a Revenue Operations (RevOps) specialist passionate about building data-driven RevOps functions. With a background in business law (B.A., MCI) and technology management & data (M.Sc., Bocconi), I connect the dots across GTM teams — aligning Marketing, Sales, CS, and Partnerships while working closely with Finance and Product. At ecoplanet, I joined as the first RevOps hire and built the function from 0→1: establishing the data foundation, designing dashboards, implementing the tool stack (Clay, Gong, HubSpot, Zapier, Looker), and driving process automation and BI initiatives. Within months, I took on leadership responsibilities, managing one FTE and two interns. At Cremanski, I now add the external perspective as a RevOps consultant to understand RevOps and GTM in different contexts, industries and maturity stages. My approach blends entrepreneurial thinking, analytical rigor, and cross-functional collaboration — always balancing detail orientation with the big picture. I’m fluent in English and German, with advanced Italian, and thrive in international, fast-paced environments. Outside of work, I’m a sports enthusiast, explorer, and volunteer, driven by a belief in making a positive impact. Having accompanied ecoplanet from seed stage to post-Series A, I’m ready for my next challenge in RevOps or a similar strategic role — early-stage, hands-on, and impact-focused. Let’s connect.
