I build AI-powered growth systems for startups and global companies - combining GTM strategy, automation, data, and engineering to turn messy processes into scalable systems.I work at the intersection of GTM, AI, and data. I design the strategy, build the system, and stay close to execution - from hyper-personalised outbound and AI agents to content/AEO engines, analytics, and custom applications.At Apex Fractional, I was the first employee and built the company's processes and delivery playbook from scratch. Today, I own customer engagements end-to-end: defining the GTM strategy, designing the solution, building alongside engineers, leading teams when needed, and driving delivery and reporting.My foundation is in data science. Before moving into AI and GTM engineering, I built and scaled ML applications, worked with large-scale data, and developed recommendation and decision-support systems. That background shapes how I approach AI: data-driven, technically rigorous, and focused on measurable outcomes.I work closely with US and San Francisco startups while staying connected to the Warsaw startup ecosystem. I enjoy operating where the answer is usually to build something.
