I spent years practicing law in heavily regulated work: Banking, M&A, and corporate deals, where one missed document is real liability. I lived where that work breaks, the manual review, the leaky intake, the closing checklists held together by memory. So I went and learned to build the fix. On the tech side I managed the human and delivery side of massive engineering projects, with Finsweet (a respected Webflow engineering shop), while skilling up technically myself. At Mallick Tech I put both halves together: AI workflows for regulated industries, built with a lawyer's instinct for what can't go wrong and a real feel for how to make a system land inside a team, not just advise on it. I help individual lawyers become AI-native, with practical workflows for research, drafting, review, and intake that turn into daily habits, not demos. I help law firms deploy AI securely, with systems that respect privilege, confidentiality, and the reality of how legal work moves.
