I've built that three times, most recently at LinkedIn, where I lead a 35-person data and AI organization 4,500+ people across GTM and Finance depend on. Most of my recent work is in applied AI: I led LinkedIn's first GenAI charter in GTM Ops and shipped its first agents for revenue and Before LinkedIn, I founded the sales analytics function at Eaton, a $5B business, and grew it to a team of 12 that built a data platform 1,200+ people used every day. Before that, I was the first data science hire at Cypress Semiconductor, building the models a $70M manufacturing operation ran on. And before any of it, I was an engineer, with a few patents and machine-learning papers going back to I hold everything I build to two tests: does it get used, and does it outlive the person who built it.
