About

Growth is not a campaign problem. It is an engineering problem. Most SaaS and professional services businesses do not struggle because they lack effort. They struggle because their go-to-market system is fragmented. Marketing generates leads, sales works opportunities, and data sits in HubSpot, but the flow between them is inefficient, inconsistent and difficult to scale. As a GTM Engineer at Bound Marketing, I design and optimise the infrastructure behind predictable pipeline. My focus is on building revenue systems that connect ICP definition, data enrichment, lifecycle architecture, lead scoring logic, automation workflows and reporting into one cohesive engine. I work at the intersection of commercial strategy and technical execution. That means translating revenue targets into CRM architecture, automation frameworks and measurable pipeline performance. It also means ensuring that the systems inside HubSpot reflect how the business actually sells, rather than how the software was originally configured. When a GTM system is engineered correctly, sales teams prioritise the right accounts, marketing targets with precision, leadership gains true visibility into performance, and pipeline becomes predictable rather than reactive. This is not about adding more tools. It is about designing and refining the infrastructure that turns activity into revenue. At Bound, we build revenue engines, not disconnected campaigns. If your HubSpot setup feels messy, hard to scale or unclear from a reporting perspective, it is usually a systems issue. That is what I solve.
