Most companies that "implement AI" end up with chatbots that don't talk to each other, break the moment a user goes off-script, and need someone technical constantly fixing things behind the scenes. I build something different: agents that understand your full business context, connect to your ERP and existing systems, and handle real work — from processing orders in natural language to detecting financial discrepancies across databases. Your sales team can call them on the phone, continue the conversation on WhatsApp, ask for a PDF or have them send a quote by email — without losing context, without repeating anything. Real case: a company was processing orders manually with constant errors — wrong orders, entries slipping through the cracks for days or weeks. Today their sales reps dictate orders via WhatsApp and the agent loads them straight into the ERP, flags approvals from the right people when something doesn't add up — all in real time. I'm the Founder and CTO of Turia Design. We design and deploy autonomous AI agents for companies that need AI to do real work, not demos.
