That means strategic change management, human-centered adoption, and meeting people where they are. At JLL, I'm building our AI Center of Excellence from the ground up and now lead AI product engagement, operations, and GTM across the enterprise. What started as a scrappy effort to get people comfortable with AI has turned into a company-wide transformation. I came up through 20+ years of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and large-scale program management. That foundation matters — I know what it takes to build things that actually scale and last. It's what makes my approach to AI adoption practical, not theoretical. I just completed my doctorate at DePaul Kellstadt, where my research focused on AI bias and how we equip users to challenge algorithms that get it wrong. That work shapes everything I do. I believe AI only works when people trust it, and people only trust what they understand. My mission is simple: make AI adoption successful, sustainable, and empowering for everyone involved.
