I work on the unsexy side of AI. Not the "replace your sales team in 1 click" type. The kind that deals with messy CRMs, broken workflows, lead routing issues, bad data, deliverability problems, and operational bottlenecks that quietly kill pipeline. Currently doing growth engineering at Vinculum across outbound systems, lead infrastructure, CRM workflows, automation, and internal tooling. Started with cold outreach. Then got pulled deeper into the machinery behind how pipeline actually moves, because most growth problems aren't really growth problems. They're systems problems. Right now I'm especially interested in building AI workflows that survive contact with real operations, not just ones that look good in demos.
