What breaks down is the infrastructure to act on that signal at scale, without burning credits on bad data or sending generic messages that get ignored. That's the gap I build for. I design signal-based outbound workflows in Clay: enrichment waterfalls, ICP scoring logic, conditional run gates, and copy that references the actual buying signal instead of pretending it's a warm introduction. Every build starts on paper, signal defined, weights assigned, disqualifiers written, before a single enrichment runs. Graduated from Clay AI Skills Cohort 8 (May 2026). 6 portfolio builds including a multi-signal buying window detector, hiring signal outbound table, and a tech stack displacement workflow that ran on 20 credits. I also spent 2 years running LinkedIn and content strategy for B2B founders, which means I understand both the data layer and the messaging layer of outbound.
