Most SaaS teams don’t have a GTM problem. They have a clarity and execution problem. I work with B2B SaaS teams, as a Growth GTM Engineer, helping them build outbound systems that actually scale. My work typically starts with a 30 day GTM Sprint - a focused engagement designed to diagnose what’s broken, build the right foundation, and create a clear execution plan. From there, teams usually continue into longer term GTM implementation and scale. A Sprint is not a shortcut. It’s how we make smart decisions before committing months of time and budget. Before this, I ran outbound and lead generation across SaaS, finance, HVAC, marketing, and hospitality sales teams. The pattern was always the same: results don’t come from more activity - they come from better systems and faster learning. Outside of work, I’m an elite sprinter. That mindset shows up in GTM: precision, discipline, and relentless feedback loops. If outbound feels heavier than it should, we should talk.
