My background spans B2B SaaS startups and large-scale enterprise compliance organizations, where I've owned everything from implementation governance and CRM architecture to cross-functional project I currently support implementation and client integration project management at Kompato AI (a Trusting Social group fintech), owning the operating model across the entire client onboarding portfolio. That means running the delivery cadence between US and Vietnam teams, maintaining the master RAID log and portfolio dashboard, enforcing go-live gates, and owning documentation governance so engineering and client leads stay focused on delivery and leadership has a reporting system they can A core part of my work is using AI and automation tools to remove manual coordination overhead. I build production AI tooling, including Claude AI agents and skills and custom GPTs, plus automated reporting and enrichment workflows that replace fragile manual processes. I also set up the GTM infrastructure including HubSpot CRM, outbound pipeline, ABM campaigns across LinkedIn and Google Ads, the sales playbook, and reporting dashboards, and I support GTM automation and outreach projects.
