A year ago I joined a trade intelligence startup and took full ownership of the GTM engine. I built one from scratch. By the time I left, we had an 88-inbox, 23-domain cold email system running on n8n pipelines, Clay enrichment workflows with ICP scoring gates, a Close CRM dashboard pulling live data from Meta, LinkedIn. Nothing was handed to me. I researched it, architected it, broke it, fixed it, and shipped it while simultaneously running outbound, managing SDRs, and owning the full GTM motion.
