I’m a Lead Product Designer and founder of WizLabs, with 10+ years of experience designing complex enterprise platforms across SaaS, telecommunications, aviation, retail, and hospitality. My focus is simple: turning highly constrained, system-intensive products into clear, usable experiences. At IFS, I led product design for Sustainability and Emissions Management within IFS Cloud, translating ESG frameworks, scientific models, and regulatory requirements into navigable enterprise workflows. Previously, I was the sole UX owner for Dialog Axiata’s Ideamart ecosystem, leading design across 10+ enterprise, developer, and consumer products used by hundreds of thousands of people across Sri Lanka, Indonesia, and Bangladesh. Earlier, at John Keells IT, I worked on aviation and passenger-facing platforms for regional and international clients. Today, through WizLabs, I’m building AI-enabled B2B products across ERP, CRM, POS, restaurant franchise, and hospitality management. I use AI across prototyping, design validation, and early-stage alignment to reduce complexity and improve delivery quality.
