I’m a passionate and continuous learner. My main go-to topics are philosophy (mostly about morality and epistemology), strength and conditioning, exercise and sports science, health, and human behavior, and some finance; I also enjoy taking courses that improve my skills or allow me to acquire newer ones, especially analytical, scientific understanding, and use of technology such as Google Suite or Microsoft Office, especially AI nowadays! Additionally, as a resistance/strength training aficionado and Certified Personal Trainer, I enjoy learning and applying scientific principles in my programs that allow for the best results that fit my lifestyle and goals.
