I design and build the operating system that makes a business AI-native. I lead AI operations, build agents and agentic workflows, connect tools, automate work and train the team to use what we build.I started at Leadify as a GTM Engineer in 2023, then joined Grow Surely in the same role. At Evergrowth, I became a Forward Deployed Engineer and worked closely with small businesses and enterprise customers. I followed how work moved between teams and tools and found where systems failed, even when everything looked fine from the outside.Behind the scenes, people were copying data, losing context and spending hours keeping broken processes moving. I mapped those operations, built and deployed AI agents, designed the workflows around them, connected the systems and trained the teams using them. I stayed from the first call until the new system was running with the team.At the same time, I kept building my own products. Cubeshell is a GTM API for AI agents. I also founded Indiecorn and built IndiecornOS, its open-source AI operating system. People use it to build AI agents around the way their business works, then expand the system as the business grows.Today, I bring all of that together as a Fractional Head of AI, leading the AI operation and building the operating system around the way the team works.
